Is there a free trial available?

Yes, you can try Tint Edge free for 30 days. After the trial, you can pause your subscription for up to 12 months and still retain read-only access. Cancel anytime.

Can I use my own products for the inventory?

Yes. You can add products quickly from our database of 1000's of popular products, or add your own custom products. Tint Edge is built to support "Your products... your way."

What’s the difference between the SOLO and TEAM plans?

SOLO is $29 USD/month for 1 user. TEAM is $49 USD/month for up to 5 users, with shared access, team scheduling, and role-based permissions.

Can I use Tint Edge in my country?

Yes. Tint Edge supports 110 countries, 21 languages, 102 currencies, and both metric (m²) and imperial (ft²) units for quoting and invoicing.

Does Tint Edge support both automotive and architectural quoting?

Yes. The system has dedicated flows for automotive and architectural quotes, including section-based pricing, product selection, and multi-option comparisons.

Can I request a deposit before confirming a job?

Yes. You can send a deposit request directly from any quote. You can set a default deposit percentage or customize it per quote.

How do payments work in Tint Edge?

Tint Edge supports payment via PayPal.Me, SWIFT, IBAN and bank transfer. Each business can configure its preferred payment options.

Can I register warranties for completed jobs?

Yes. Warranty registration is available for both automotive and architectural services. Customers receive a printable copy on confirmation by email once registered.

Do I need to install anything to use Tint Edge?

Your choice. Tint Edge is entirely cloud-based. It can operate on any modern browser, desktop, or mobile device with no installation required. Alternatively download the App from Google Play or the App Store.

What happens if I stop paying for my subscription?

Your account switches to read-only mode for up to 12 months. You can resume your subscription anytime and pick up where you left off.
